Important to note there is construction at the lot next-door so I am looking for someone who works out of the home in the day regularly. The construction is from around 9am- 4pm but times can vary a bit and it is happening Mon- Saturday. That is one reason why this is below market value. Your new housemate: 1. A laidback, chill, entertainment industry entrepreneur, who was a former professional photographer etc. I wears many hats. I eat mostly vegetarian and dairy free but I cheat, especially when it comes to pizza and taco's. I also try to eat as much Gluten Free as possible. I don’t cook often. I don’t mind if you do as long as the kitchen stays pristine. That means dry your dishes and don’t leave them out all day every day and definitely not more than 24 hr’s. Basic clean your mess stuff. LOVES the house the way it is so have at it in your room but hope you love the decor because additions are generally a no go in the common areas.

I’m looking for a housemate who is: *Covid Safe/health concious/ vaccinated preferred. *Female looking for female roommate preferred at this time. *willing to agree to stay a minimum of one year and provide a move out notice of a minimum of 30 days notice, but preferred 60 days- open to discuss, *kind *equally appreciates a quieter, zen-like environment at home *easy going, with good energy *clean (common areas kept clean, kitchen- keeps stove and counter clean, clean as you go, leave things as you found them, no door slamming, dishes not left more than 24 hours *considerate of others *respectful of other people’s belongings- this should be a given *non-confrontational & non-aggressive.
