Jeanne Rice is CEO and founder of Artist Network Agency. She is a Sync Agent, Director, Former Rolling Stone Photographer, and Manager, with a background as a Talent Booker, Entertainment Producer, and Artist. She’s an all around creative entrepreneur living in Los Angeles, California.
Her international photography career began after starting & running a graphic design company whose clients included major music event production companies, such as Avalon Attractions (now Live Nation and AEG). She even designed one of the first-ever Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) flyers—EDC now being one of the largest electronic music festivals in the world..
Soon after beginning extensive studies in photography, marketing, art, & business her work in music, film, fashion, portraits, and even auto racing were being published in magazines around the globe. Aside from Rolling Stone her work has been seen in NME (UK), Spin, The New York Post, her hometown publication of the OC Weekly and many more. She was soon called upon for wedding clients who preferred her edgy rock-and-roll infused style and was asked to photograph celebrity clientele to capture their most intimate moments. This was in addition to her well known creative portraits of musicians, politicians, business elites, celebrities, and people from all walks of life.
She is often found out frequenting small clubs, discovering the next big up-and-coming talent in the indie scene. Having grown up with a camera in hand, a musical family, and a recording background of her own; Jeanne finds ways to keep music and entertainment a continuing part of her life's work in all forms.
Her ventures include appearing in a Showtime drama alongside Peter Coyote and Lou Gosset Jr., being featured in multiple music videos, being an honored guest at some of fashion weeks biggest shows in Europe and sitting directly across from Anna Wintour- after capturing stunning behind-the-scenes images. Jeanne spent a weekend as a photographer on a celebrity-filled set for famed award winning-director & music artist Jeymes Samuels. She went on to be a color consultant on a major motion picture film for Director Nate Parker. Jeanne also has found her way into management on both the acting and music side throughout her long career in entertainment.
With a plethora of indie artists she had scouted, Jeanne began booking artists for one of the largest Coachella VIP parties, Vestal Village, producing a follow-up event for Vestal, producing & booking Happy Sundays Music Festival , curating photography exhibitions, consult with artists & industry professionals- including film producers. She also launched her own of next level talent curations called Indie Ignited.
The talent on Indie Ignited has been proving themselves worthy with one of the first acts, The Jacks, released their first full size LP with Universal Music and are performing at LA’s famous Fonda Theater. Leo James Conroy opened up for Tash Sultana on her East Coast Tour, The Palms sold out key LA venue’s and recently received placement with their song “Push Off". Meanwhile, Holy War’s, Biianco, and Ferocious Few , who recently opened for the Black Keys in Luxembourg, along with other Indie Ignited Alumni, who are proving to be prominent breakout artists. Indie Ignited started off with a bang on select dates at the beautiful House of Blues venue in Anaheim, California and has since evolved to be a showcase that can pop up anytime and at any location. This included Happy Sundays Festival main stage 2018, and her desert festival production in 2019, Moonrise, as well as hip local Downtown LA live music venue Resident, in the heart of LA’s Art’s District.
Never a one project woman, she also began working with an artist overseas assisting in the creation of an epic ballad from one side of the globe to another following up with a trip to the South of France. No artist is too far and no artist is out of reach. As an advocate for artists, Jeanne continues to live her passion to elevate all Artists careers worldwide. She continued advocating for artists as the Worldwide Music Consultant and West Coast Talent Developer of a game changing web platform for musicians and music fans, and directed a fun pandemic era music video for LA indie music artist, Harry Katz, “Sunny Afternoon” starring legendary acting royalty John Blythe Barrymore III.
After some devastating family losses in 2020, The Pandemic brought a 20 year dream to life. Jeanne opened Artist Network Agency, ANA. ANA is bringing a candy coated roster of carefully curated artists to her one of a kind Sync roster for the world of film, television, gaming, advertising, podcasts, businesses and beyond. Currently her highly curated boutique music roster boasts over 50 music artists in a variety of genre’s as well as film composers. In addition to her music licensing roster at ANA Jeanne is currently choosing to work with only a small handful of artists in management and development to best serve the artists. Artist Network Agency also represents several musically inclined actors available for hire in film, and television. The match has been lit and this fire is burning brightly!

“As someone who knows about dealing with celebrities, I can tell you that she is magic with the entertainment community as well. That’s a skill only learned by observing and having a trained ear and actually not relying on Twitter. She’s old school in her approach and new school in her finished product.
She’s always working....looking for the next big thing and preserving the current big thing.
PLUS, and get this, she’s nice! --Pat O’Brien” Emmy Award winning television and radio host formerly of Access Hollywood, and South Dakota Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Member.
